Key Responsibilities

  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the seamless administration of employee benefits programmes, including medical schemes, insurance, and wellness programmes. Manage member enrolments, process claims efficiently, and ensure timely updates to member information.
  • Client Support: Deliver exceptional client service by addressing inquiries related to healthcare benefits, claims, and policy details with professionalism and expertise.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Internal Collaboration: Be a phenomenal team player, working closely with the consultancy team to provide proactive support and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) is required.
  • FAIS Accreditation (RE5) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in employee benefits administration, preferably in a
  • healthcare-related environment.
  • Product and Legislative knowledge- Healthcare Industry related.
  • Experience with claims processing, data entry, and client servicing is essential.
