We are looking for a professional, articulate, and service-driven Receptionist who will serve as the welcoming voice and face of our company. Your professionalism, attentiveness, and ability to connect will be key in anticipating and meeting our clients’ needs, ensuring they feel valued from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm, polished, and professional greeting—whether over the phone or in person.
• Manage the switchboard efficiently, directing calls with clarity and professionalism.
• Support front-of-house operations, stepping in as concierge to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for visiting clients.
• Assist with administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of our company.
• Handle ad hoc duties as required to support the team’s efficiency and workflow.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric qualification.
• At least five years of professional experience in a client-facing or administrative role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with a confident and articulate phone manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• A polished and professional presence, with exceptional personal presentation.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work efficiently and remain composed under pressure.
