Stephan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. He completed his BSc Honours in Computer Science at North-West University’s Potchefstroom campus and spent seven years in the banking industry in Johannesburg. During this time, he realised he wanted to make a more meaningful impact on people’s lives.
Personal finance has long been a passion for Stephan. Early in his career, he immersed himself in learning about investing, retirement and wealth-building, which inspired him to pursue his Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State part-time and join Chartered Wealth’s Western Cape office.
Stephan takes pride in helping clients make confident, informed financial decisions while building genuine, lasting relationships. He values clarity, empathy and practical guidance that supports clients in achieving what matters most to them.
Outside of work, Stephan enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle. He loves rock climbing, multi-day hikes, surfing and the occasional round of golf.
